Update: TDBC have released a further 300 houses at the Nerrols Farm site, now giving Taunton Deane an overall 5.6 year housing supply. TDBC are still awaiting further direction and legislation from central government to replace the abolished RSS. TDBC has agreed temporariliy to adopt the previous 14,000 target for Taunton until clearer guidance about setting new targets emerges.

We are expecting Summerfield to go against the councils will and against the huge public outcry and apply for planning regardless in mid July.

Rest assured, we will mount a formidible challenge to this!!!
